Renshi rank (Master) awarded by the Dai Nihon Iaido Renmei. The recipient is expected to completely understand all levels of iaido practice and perform that at a very high level. The recipient may be eligible from three years after taking 6th Dan.
The patch for Renshi is a black base with white writing and a purple horizontal stripe.
